Every Honey Badger carries the responsibility of representing the unit with honor. Our code reinforces a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability across every operation.
Chapter I: General Rules
- Respectful communication: Engage fellow members and allies with courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or toxicity have no place in our ranks.
- Safe environment: Protect the wellbeing of every member. Unwanted advances, intimidation, or stalking are grounds for removal.
- Rule compliance: Obey FHB directives and the rules of any server or game we operate within.
- Focused channels: Use appropriate channels for specific topics and avoid spamming or derailing discussions.
- Guard privacy: Do not disclose personal information without explicit consent.
Chapter II: Clan Integrity
- Professional representation: Carry the FHB tag with pride in public and private arenas.
- Fair play: Cheating, exploiting, or conduct damaging to our reputation will not be tolerated.
- Report issues: Elevate misconduct to leadership swiftly so problems can be resolved.
Chapter III: Recruitment Rules
- Respect boundaries: Coordinate recruitment through approved channels before approaching prospects.
- Controlled messaging: Do not broadcast recruitment posts in public forums without authorization.
Chapter IV: Conflict Resolution
- Open communication: Address disputes calmly and directly, seeking to understand before escalating.
- Leadership mediation: Officers are available to arbitrate and their rulings are final.
Chapter V: Disciplinary Actions
- Consequences: Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal depending on severity.
- Zero tolerance: Harassment, discrimination, and egregious misconduct prompt immediate expulsion.
Chapter VI: Amendments
- Ongoing review: Leadership may revise policies as the unit evolves. Members will be notified of significant changes.
